Job description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team remotely from Lebanon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales opportunities, stock analysis, promotions, and target setting through the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Opportunities Management:

  • Get notified upon creating a new lead and ensure complete and accurate data entry.
  • Assign a Sales Representative from each department to the Account Team.
  • Set and track goals to maximize opportunities.
  • Monitor sales team opportunities and analyze needs to close deals.
  • Ensure sales representatives follow their daily call cycles and routes via the Salesforce map.
  • Create and allocate SKUs to the Education team based on client needs, new launches, and slow-moving items.
  • Highlight sales opportunities per line, SKU, and client.
  • Develop action plans for discontinued items.
  • Share and implement best practices by brand, line, SKU, and district.
  • Increase SKU listings across the sales universe based on order forms.

Stock Analysis & Inventory Management:

  • Analyze safety stock vs SKU performance.
  • Monitor inventory aging and implement necessary actions.
  • Develop action plans for slow-moving items.
  • Identify new opportunities for demand planning.

Promotions & Offer Management:

  • Create and upload full promotion details after obtaining approval from Commercial, Brand Management, and GM.
  • Upload all Opening Orders by brand after approval.
  • Allocate promotions to Branch Groups and apply necessary exclusions.

Target & Goal Management:

  • Assign targets based on multiple criteria, including sales rep, brand, sub-brand, SKU, promotion, and customer.
  • Ensure achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual brand targets.
  • Monitor Year-to-Date (YTD) vs. YTD-1 growth.
  • Ensure all Sales KPIs are met.
  • Drive organic brand growth vertically and horizontally.
