About The Role
Fundraise Up is committed to building a world-class enablement function to drive productivity and growth. As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be pivotal in equipping our Account Executives (SMB, MM, ENT, and Strat teams) with the training, coaching, and development needed to succeed. In this role, you will own role-specific onboarding, ramping, and ongoing education for the AE team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel. Additionally, you will be a strategic business partner to GTM stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to align sales enablement initiatives with Fundraise Up’s mission and OKRs. This position requires a deep understanding of sales motions, strong coaching and facilitation skills, and the ability to design scalable programs.
