SMM Manager (Fluent German + English)

This is a remote position.

IT Career Hub was founded in Germany in September 2022 by a team of managers and teachers from the largest educational startups in the world.

The Education and Career Center provides a full cycle of support - from choosing a profession to employment. IT Career Hub graduates work in corporations such as Zalando, Bolt, ImmoScout24, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.

The mission of IT Career Hub is to train adult students to work in the field of information technology, promote the individual development of each student and help in finding a new promising job.

IT Career Hub training programs are certified by AZAV and are designed to be flexible to the needs of adult students, providing the opportunity to learn regardless of work experience and previously acquired knowledge and skills.

We don't limit ourselves to just training. We also provide employment support and career counseling to our graduates. We establish partnerships with leading companies in the industry so that our students have the opportunity to gain experience through an internship and then a job at one of these companies.

We're seeking a talented SMM Manager to join our markiting team and contribute to this exciting project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and influencer collaboration, with a focus on developing strategies that drive engagement, leads, and brand awareness. 

What you will do:

• Manage our Social Media Channels – with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram;
  
  
• Create Engaging Content & Powerful Campaigns – Plan & Create posts that engage and grow our community. Keep track of what’s trending and how Social Media Channels are developing;
  
  
• Support our Community – Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews to nurture our audience;
  
  
• Analyze & Optimize – Track performance metrics, adjust content for better results in terms of engagement and leads;
  
  
• Work with Influencers – Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with bloggers and creators.
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of social media management experience (we believe that your portfolio says more about you);
  
• Experience collaborating with influencers;
  
• Native-level German and fluent English;
  
• Relationship builder: You know how to engage, negotiate, and build long-lasting relationships with influencers and brand partners. People love collaborating with you;
  
• Growth-oriented & Creative thinker;
  
• Experience in EdTech will be an advantage.
