React.Js Developer

This is a remote position.

Work Location: Pan India

• 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React JS.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.

• Solid understanding of front-end build tools and modern development workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React JS and related technologies.

• Design and implement new features and functionalities with a focus on user experience and performance.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to design specifications.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and propose innovative solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes."
