THE POSITION  

Quality Assurance Representatives perform various functions which primarily involve Quality Control, Call Monitoring, Policy and Procedure Compliance regarding inbound and outbound calls for AHP, RWS, and Porch Warranty. 

 

With an emphasis on Quality Control and Policy and Procedure Compliance requirements for all departments inbound and outbound calls. 

WHAT YOU DO   

  • Manage the entire Quality Assurance process. 

  • Review all assigned calls thoroughly for errors and/or infractions as designated by management. 

  • Monitor QA logs and notify supervisors of impending backlog, delays, or concerns. 

  • Responsible for reporting egregious employee behavior, failure to adhere to policy and/or procedure, and any other designation creating a corrective action designated by management. 

  • Responsible for utilizing score cards, policy, and procedures to ensure call quality and accuracy. 

  • Work in coordination with management to resolve all issues that may arise while performing job duties. 

  • Responsible for the review and tracking of all calls assigned by management. 

  • Must have a clear and concise understanding of Policy and Claims protocols. 

  • Utilize software to document call reviews. 

  • Attending team meetings when necessary. 

  • Responsible for escalating claim quality concerns and outcomes to a supervisor or the appropriate unit. 

  • Complete no less than 7 hours of log time within the system daily. 

  • Track all accounts worked daily to meet weekly goals set by upper management. 

  • A minimum of 30 calls reviewed daily this metric is a baseline and can be increased at any time by a manager through written communication. 

  • Be on time and work a scheduled shift with allotted lunch and break times as directed by a supervisor. 

  • Work call reviews as directed by upper management. 

  • Follow all company directives, policies, and procedures.
