Position Available : Property & Client Support Specialist 
Location: Remote (Sri Lanka-based)
Working Hours: Full-time, 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM IST (Colombo Time)

Are you an experienced professional with Australian real estate experience, eager to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are hiring a Property & Client Support Specialist to support a Buyer's Agency in Australia, assisting with client demands, market research, and administrative operations.

Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Maintain strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring seamless property transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Property & Compliance Management: Oversee a portfolio of Australian properties, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing agreements, inquiries, and coordinating property settlements.
  • Property Market Research & Reviews: Conduct real estate market research, perform reviews, and prepare reports on market trends to support client needs.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Handle contracts, manage Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), ensure smooth daily operations and client onboarding.
  • Fast-Paced Adaptability: Manage urgent tasks efficiently, keeping up with the high demands of clients and property transactions.
  • Tech-Savvy & Software Proficiency: Utilise Google Suite, PropertyMe, REA, Domain, CRMs, and other industry-specific tools to streamline processes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 1+ years of Australian real estate experience (property management, leasing, Buyer’s Agency support, or a related field) 
  • Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment while ensuring quality service.
  • Exceptional communication skills (Fluent written & spoken English).
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and CRMs.
  • Tech-savvy & quick learner – Ability to adapt to new software and processes.
  • Preferred but not required: Canva, WordPress, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
