About the Role: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and development for TapMango’s customer engagement platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define and deliver innovative solutions that empower merchants to grow their businesses. Through data-driven decision making and customer insights, you will help shape the future of our loyalty and engagement technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap development for TapMango’s customer engagement platform.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development.

  • Create detailed product requirements and user stories in collaboration with engineering teams.

  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog effectively.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.

  • Define and track key performance metrics for product success.

  • Present product vision and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and pain points.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B software products.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.

  • Strong understanding of loyalty programs and customer engagement platforms.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Data-driven decision-making approach with experience in analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of payment processing and POS systems is a plus.

  • Experience with customer feedback tools and methodologies.

  • Strategic thinking with ability to execute tactically.
