Job Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-disciplinary Agile development team, consisting of Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Automation Engineers, and Product Owners
• Participate in architecture and design sessions to help build new features into the platform
• Guide the personal and professional development of all team members and specialties
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the product management team to develop our long-term roadmap for the platform
• Hire and retain talented software professionals across various functional areas
• Interact with other technical stakeholders to ensure our CI/CD workflow performs efficiently
• Establish and monitor application performance goals and monitoring

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 5 years of prior experience as a software leader for Senior Manager position
• High energy, proactive and approachable personality who enjoys solving diverse problems
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Complete understanding of Scrum, architecture concepts and terminology
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or other cloud technologies
• Knowledge of object oriented languages such as Java and/or C#
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, including React, Vue etc.
• Knowledge of relational database systems such as MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server
