Peachy is a fully-remote, US-based company, specializes in web development and the optimization of various products. One of our key focus areas is high-converting ecommerce projects on Shopify, and we aim to be leaders in this niche. Currently, the Peachy team is searching for a PPC Specialist (Google Ads) who has a proven background in running and optimizing lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep experience creating highly targeted Google Ads campaigns to attract potential leads. This role requires someone who can manage multiple accounts, drive qualified traffic, and optimize for high conversion rates to generate consistent and quality leads.

  • Remote, hourly basis.

What’s we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEM, specifically in the consumer space, with a proven track record of successful strategy and implementation.
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a primary focus on lead generation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of keyword research, campaign management, and optimization.
  • Proficient with SEM reporting and third party analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience managing data feeds and shopping campaigns.
  • Expertise in creating, testing, and optimizing high-converting ad copy.
  • English proficiency — B1 or higher.
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute tailored full funnel strategies within paid search channels for each client, focusing on their specific goals and KPIs to drive optimal results.
  • Oversee the setup, daily management, and continuous optimization of Google, Bing PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
  • Develop compelling ad copy continuously A/B testing and refining to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Implement advanced targeting methods, including audience segmentation and retargeting, to reach the most valuable audiences and drive conversions.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track campaign performance and conversion paths.
  • Set up tracking for conversions and lead attribution, ensuring accurate data measurement.
  • Work closely with Client Success Managers to design and implement cross channel full funnel strategies, considering the full customer journey and focusing on lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
