2.5+ years of proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scheduling skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in managing inbound communications and scheduling systems. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience in client relationship management, particularly with follow-up on invoices. Flexibility to handle ad-hoc responsibilities and provide administrative support when required.

Core responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and high productivity. Manage scheduling for plumbing crews, ensuring each worker is informed of their daily assignments. Handle inbound calls and emails to efficiently book jobs and respond to customer inquiries. Liaise with clients to follow up on invoices and address any outstanding issues. Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational policies and procedures. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as needed to support overall operations.
