What you will do:
As an Onboarding, Analyst, you'll take a proactive role representing eXp Realty as a front-line representative to assist newly joining agents and brokers, provide guidance, answer inquiries, and offer support about eXp Realty in a variety of areas. The ideal candidate for this position is a customer service-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful individual. World-class customer service/experience is required for every interaction with strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and urgency to every engagement.
Process joining agents for initial systems, process and account setup to include but not limited to:
Responsible for license verification and approval process;
Responsible for the review of onboarding documents and agent follow-up to ensure all information or missing information has been gathered and is accurate;
Responsible for the accurate set-up of new agent eXp profiles;
Responsible for new agents’ account activation and any required follow-up, ensuring new agents have access to eXp’s tools and systems;
Assist with inquiries about the onboarding process, nationally and provincially, assisting joining agents, eXp staff and leadership;
Maintain onboarding checklist/workflows/templates for the province(s) you are working in;
Communicate professionally and succinctly, both orally and in writing;
Respond to inquiries promptly, acknowledging communications when a detailed reply can’t be provided right away;
Ensure interactions with join agents are initiated 1st with phone calls to the number provided on the joining application, leaving a voicemail if there is no answer, and always following up with text messages, confirming your name, your position, how you can be reached and any details that may be urgent;
Respond to client/company communication in a manner that provides added value and generates significant customer satisfaction;
Rapidly establish a positive working relationship with customers/agents, colleagues and leadership;
Work continuously on a task until completion, providing follow-up or professional hand-off as required;
Identify problem areas, and devise & deliver solutions to enhance the quality of service.
How you will grab our attention:
High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience;
0-2 years experience;
BA/AA strongly preferred;
1+ years of relevant experience in the real estate industry with a focus on delivering a world-class customer service/experience preferred;
High volume, multi-task environment in real estate or relevant experience;
Ability to read and interpret documents including licensing & MLS applications and transfers as well as a general knowledge of our independent contractor agreement;
Highly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solver;
A self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects with a "can do" attitude;
Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English and French;
Excellent organizational skills;
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills;
Positive, trustworthy and dependable;
Ability to work remotely, interact and build trust with your team mates, with little to no direct in-person supervision.
