A day in the life.

As our National MarComm Operations Coordinator on the MarComm team, you’ll proactively coordinate marketing projects by assisting with creative briefs, scheduling, and communication efforts between project team members. This position is also responsible for maintaining a project planner to track activity and manage deadlines. The National MarComm Project Coordinator is detail-oriented, a skilled communicator, organized, and has a proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and teams simultaneously.

As the National MarComm Operations Coordinator you will assist and support in the day-to-day tasks of our MarComm Project Manager. This position will also collaborate with marketing vendors. You'll track data to build appropriate work processes and workflows and maintain on going workstreams. The National MarComm Operations Coordinator will also assist regional MarComm team member with various administrative projects as needed.

· Ability to work with and influence a wide range of cross-functional work teams and leaders

· Assist with scheduling and calendar management for various team members

· Excellent verbal and written communication as well as analytical thinking and problem solving skills

· Insurance and/or MarComm industry experience

· Organized, responsive, and accountable with the proven ability to handle multiple priorities

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

· Experience with Wrike

· Familiarity with using Salesforce and Pardot

· Insurance knowledge

The applicable base salary range for this role is $38,200 to $66,800.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
