Would you like to join a fast paced, fun-loving and diverse team? We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to own and optimize our email marketing programs. This role is pivotal to understanding our target audience, nurturing leads, driving engagement, and increasing revenue through strategic email campaigns for the full customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a data-informed marketer with a deep understanding of email best practices and a willingness to iteratively test in a B2B environment. This person will collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure email serves as an effective tool to engage, inform, and convert customers.
 

The day to day.

  • Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and ultimately result in conversions. 

  • Segmentation and Personalization: Develop a deep understanding of our segment audiences, their behavior, demographic data, and engagement metrics to create personalized email journeys.

  • Campaign and Nurture Creation: Oversee the planning, writing and optimization of all campaigns including email nurtures, newsletters, product launches, and promotions for the end-to-end customer lifecycle. 

  • Testing and Optimization: Take an iterative testing approach to constantly improve outreach. Understand ways to optimize and maintain a monthly roadmap.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Ability to analyze and track campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, leads, revenue), and speak to actionable insights.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with segment, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations teams to ensure all email programs are achieving broader marketing goals.

  • Technology and Innovation: Be up-to-date on the latest tools, technologies, and trends to enhance our email marketing performance and scalability. 
     

Your skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in email, lifecycle or CRM marketing within a B2B technology company.

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of email segmentation, automation, and personalization. 

  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and performance reporting.

  • Ability to write compelling email copy (bonus if you have content experience!).

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage complex campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
