As a Key Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with major enterprise clients, including top global insurance and financial services companies. Your vast experience in sales and growing enterprise accounts globally will be essential to managing and expanding partnerships.

As a Key Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with major enterprise clients, including top global insurance and financial services companies. Your vast experience in sales and growing enterprise accounts globally will be essential to managing and expanding partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Own and expand key enterprise relationships on a global scale.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue, increase adoption, and expand partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level key stakeholders, understanding their challenges and positioning DeepOpinionâs AI-powered automation solutions to drive impact.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts.
- Drive new business within existing accounts by identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Customer Success).
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, RPA, and automation, providing valuable insights to clients.
