About the role
As the Internal Communications Manager, your mission will be to craft impactful internal communications for The Adaptavist Group, spanning our diverse Business units around the globe.
You will weave together content and communications that nurture employee engagement, deliver essential business updates, orchestrate project-specific campaigns, celebrate business and employee achievements, and serve as the gracious host for internal company events, including our Show & Tell session and Leadership update gatherings.
You will become the esteemed specialist in all matters of Internal Communication, collaborating closely with the Groups Marketing team.
This role will assist the Head of PEx in championing effective internal communications throughout our enterprise.

What you'll be doing
Communication EffectivenessIn collaboration with the Head of PEx, the Internal Communications Manager shall highlight and champion the finest practices in internal communication This role will create an Internal Communications strategy that fortifies the PEx function on its journey towards the Center of Expertise, while nurturing connections between the organisation and its people.A thoughtful review of our existing communication channels, tools, and resources will be undertaken, with proposals crafted to enhance their utilisation across the business.You will also forge and uphold communication pathways across the vital realms of Internal Communication: Engagement comms, Project comms, Business comms, and Recognition.In partnership with the Head of People Experience, this role will gauge success through the application of maturity models and robust evaluation processes.Communication CultureGuided by the Head of PEx, this position will span the realms of the organisation, nurturing a vibrant culture of transparency while championing the best practices of communication (the 7C’s - Clear, Concise, Concrete, Correct, Coherent, Complete, and Courteous)This role will weave a tapestry of cross-functional relationships throughout the organisation, cultivating communities of practice and communication hubs to anchor the culture we aspire to createThe role will embark on a mission to enlighten the organisation on the importance of effective communication, encompassing tone of voice, language usage, and moreThis position will seek harmonious collaboration wherever it aligns, engaging with both our internal Marketing team and our external PR agencyContent & DeliveryIn this role, you shall collaborate with stakeholders throughout TAG to craft and cultivate vibrant, captivating content for employees in a multitude of forms—videos, blogs, emails, podcasts, and beyond—aiming to weave stronger connections between the business and its heart, the people.As this position stands alone, you will orchestrate and execute communication campaigns from inception to completion across a diverse array of mediums.What we're looking forProven experience in Internal communication with the ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of what is required to drive effective internal communicationExcellent communication skills, strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills to craft clear, concise, and compelling messagesFamiliarity of digital communication platforms (Tik tok, linkedin etc)Experience of managing communication campaigns and channelsYou’ll be a self starter, someone who is keen to explore the art of the possible.
