Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and closing sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our business growth by effectively managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Present and promote our services to prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights on client needs and market trends to support business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.


Requirements
  • Willingness to undergo a 15-day unpaid training period
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in inside sales or a related role.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools and software.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
