Reporting to the Director, Programs Marketing, the Industry Program Marketing Manager is responsible for generating predictable, qualified pipeline for the Axonify product. In this role, you will be directly accountable for the achievement of quarterly and annual pipeline and ARR targets within assigned industries. You’ll manage a marketing budget and lead industry programs, including setting strategy, developing forecasts, evaluating appropriate budget and channel mix, and measuring results and campaign ROI. With an understanding of our ICP, you’ll introduce innovative programs that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase intent across all channels.

The impact you'll have:
  • Plan, manage and support the execution of full-funnel, cross-channel marketing programs to create demand, purchase intent and new business pipeline.
  • Manage all campaign requirements, including the development of comprehensive briefs for internal teams and external partners.
  • Work closely with the product and brand marketing team to align campaign strategies with product messaging and positioning.
  • Evaluate contact and account activity in marketing programs and across channels, sharing insights and opportunities with BDR and sales teams.
  • Manage and refine nurturing programs to boost conversion.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for pipeline creation, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategy, messaging, and targeting, ensuring a deep understanding of their pipeline needs and priorities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to adjust targeting and messaging, develop testing strategies and improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Continually evaluate the performance and cost of acquisition, adjusting demand generation tactics and strategies as necessary.
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with the marketing team, BDRs, sales and other teams to ensure positioning, messaging, CTAs and assets resonate with buyers to create intent and trigger action.
  • Owns an ongoing feedback loop between all marketing functions to deliver insights and feedback.

  • What you'll bring:
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B Demand Generation or ABM, ideally within SaaS, with demonstrated experience achieving pipeline targets.
  • Prior experience in marketing to enterprise-level organizations is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, digital marketing, content creation, and lead nurturing. 
  • Marketing and demand generation experience gained through post-secondary education, experience or a combination of both. Excellent grasp of driving conversions, interpreting data and analytics, and buying journeys.
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You are analytical by nature, loving to dig into the numbers and iterate and improve programs based on the data.  You always strive for continuous improvement and want to continually raise the bar!
  • Highly motivated self-starter who works well independently as well as part of a team. You can manage your own projects and deadlines as well as collaborate with others across the organization to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Experience with the following or similar tools: 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, Mutiny, Asana, Slack.
