Ensure project timelines are met for go-live dates in Canada and the US.

Manage project domains and update execution plans accordingly.

Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and action items.

Job description

Title: IT Project Manager
Contract: 6+ Months
Location: 100% REMOTE

Day in the life:

Discovery sessions are completed between Global and Zone teams
This person needs to follow the plan that was put together for the IT folks to be in line for a July go-live for CA and a September go-live for the US and/or determine if either date is at risk
Traditional PM work – coordination, meetings are scheduled follow-ups are done, breakout sessions are complete
Manage domains – ingest what is happening in all domains and update the plan that drives the execution to be complete by the target date of July (Canada) and September (US)
The next 6 months will be all about delivering the project for the go-live date

Ideal Candidate & Daily Responsibilities:

Technical person but with some business management ability
Don’t need to be in the office, open to remote – EST work times
Traditional PM expertise a must
Understands how meetings need to be orchestrated, on calendars, meeting notes etc
Follow-up and action plans
Work on overall timelines
Microsoft project expertise
Online project management tools
Listen to discover, take notes, and follow through and build project plans and realistic timelines and
Years of experience – the more the better,
