Reporting to the International Enrollment Senior Manager, the Head of Enrollment India ensures the setup and management of the local enrolment team and all the activities and processes aimed at maximizing student recruitment results for all programs of NABA in the assigned region.
The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:
The ideal candidate has a Degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management or equivalent. Minimum of 8/10 years of experience in an International Sales role of which at least 4/5 in leadership positions, ideally within a dynamic and international environment.
Furthermore, he/she has solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Market and customer-oriented, relevant sales and relationship skills, target oriented, strong planning and organizational skills. Proactive and flexible; able to work under deadline.
Relevant international experience (living/working or studying abroad) is an advantage.
Available to travel through the assigned region.
Fluent knowledge of English is a key
