Role Summary:
HR Transformation – Senior Manager – UKI market
Our customers are increasingly looking to improve their ability to support their employees to do their best work through effective HR teams supported by digital HR technology. Strada’s HR Transformation is dedicated to supporting our customers on their HR Transformation journeys. We help customers to achieve successful HR Transformation by advising them on the digital HR operating model and HR technology, particularly Cloud systems available to suit their needs. We then help facilitate a successful system implementation by aligning business processes and providing the change management advice required to meet their goals.
The HR Transformation team is part of the wider team of Strada digital HR sales and implementation professionals that deliver Strada’s range of technology and outsourcing solutions. HR Transformation consultants contribute to Strada’s success by initiating strong customer relationships based on the foundation of the customer’s HR Transformation goals. As well as delivering ‘fee-earning’ consultancy projects we contribute to the success of the rest of the organization by advising customers how to prepare for and get the best from their evolving HRIS technology.
The responsibilities:
As HR Transformation – Senior Manager you will build strong relationships with board level customer contacts and learn an ever more varied set of skills. There is great variety to this role. You will be working on many of the following activities, leading or as part of a global project team:
Work with customers to build their HR transformation strategy and plans
Advise customers on how operating models, business processes and cloud HCM technology can support their business transformation
Engage customers through innovative workshops, events and communications
Build customer employee engagement through delivery of effective change management
Allow customers to realise the benefits of their HR technology through analytics and reporting insight
Build strong customer relationships leading to increased business opportunities, shaping and selling advisory services alongside cloud technology
Lead and manage global delivery programmes, resources and deliverables.
Contribute to wider advisory practice development and developing innovative new services and our people
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR transformation professionals, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages engagement, growth and long-term retention.
Become a thought leader in your field by (for example) publishing blogs and white papers, speaking at industry events
The Requirements
Previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment
Proven business development experience, supporting proposals and RFP’s for HR Transformation Advisory
Working knowledge of common consultancy methods, analysis, and process mapping
Deep understanding of how Human Resources contributes to the success of global organizations
Genuine team player and collaborative worker
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, fostering both high performance and an environment where people feel valued and empowered, and motivated to stay and grow within the organization.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with ability to inspire people
Experience on developing and implementing HR operating models aligned with organizational strategies
Working knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle or Cornerstone
Excellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audience
Availability to travel to customers national and internationally
Good knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel
