RATE: Php 495 per hour

Work Type: Full-time, Remote/WFH – Direct Hire

JOB OVERVIEW:


The client is looking for a Graphic Design & Marketing VA with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design. 


JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 


The ideal candidate should be able to:


  • Design graphics in Canva and Photoshop.

  • Able to create landing pages using ProPhoto, WordPress, or similar platforms.

  • Help design tutorials for photographers (similar to this style: https://shop.katelynjames.com/ - but for portrait photographers.)

  • Manage social media (Instagram, TikTok) and schedule posts for optimal engagement.

  • Develop newsletters and set up drip campaigns in Flodesk.

  • Advertise and market PDF guides for photographers.

  • Upload and manage products on Etsy.

  • Write and publish WordPress blog posts with SEO optimization.

  • Improve SEO for better search visibility.

  • Edit videos to enhance the quality of our photography courses and marketing content.

  • Posting Mini Sessions and creating funnels for when they sign up

  • Design postcards of favorite image from each sessions

  • Create landing pages for Gift Registries (different genres)

  • Design calendars or other gifts for clients Social Media Campaigns

  • Highlight different clients on the blog (create questionnaire, choose images, make post and then post it)

  • Monitor and grow our photographers facebook group

  • Update LinkedIn profile and keep active network with photography companies that may want to work with the client and advertise their courses.

  • Edit videos to make courses for photographers

  • Can create guides (like what to wear) for clients and to sell to other photographers

  • Find places that client can teach locally 

  • Advertising 

  • Possible edit on podcasts (but not needed right now)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be expert in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design.

  • Experience with ProPhoto, WordPress, or similar platforms.

  • This role requires someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a passion for marketing and design.

  • Familiarity with Flodesk or similar platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok

  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies

  • Ability to create effective marketing funnels, including designing promotional content (like postcards, landing pages, mini sessions) and handling sign-ups.

  • Skilled in creating custom products, such as calendars, gift registries, and other client-focused gifts.

  • Experience with podcast editing

  • Experience in Advertising

  • Experience with Editing videos
