Job description

Seedworld is looking for a dynamic and strategic Fundraising Manager to drive our capital-raising efforts and build strong relationships with investors. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the Web3, blockchain, and gaming ecosystem, with a proven ability to secure funding and navigate the evolving investment landscape.
As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, engage with top-tier investors, and represent the company at industry events. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy
- Identify and engage potential investors, including venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks and presentations
- Manage the entire fundraising process, from initial contact to closing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors
- Stay informed about market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes
- Coordinate with the executive team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company strategy
- Track and report on the progress of fundraising efforts
- Represent the company at relevant conferences, networking events, and industry forums
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand the company's progress and needs
- Maintain relationships with existing investors, keeping them informed and engaged with the company's developments

Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience in fundraising or business development, with a focus on technology or gaming industries
- Strong understanding of the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem, particularly in the context of gaming and NFTs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors and stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques is a plus
