Employment Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, remote
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth for individuals, couples, and families
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records
• Work alongside a remote team to ensure quality care
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health counseling

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong telehealth communication skills
• Experience in mental health counseling preferred
