Role: Expense Administrator

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential.

Work Setup: Work from Home

Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Philippine Time



This role is crucial in ensuring financial integrity, preventing fraud, and maintaining accurate records for audits and financial planning

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions
  • Review and reconcile receipts, invoices, and expense claims
  • Ensure proper categorization of expenses in accounting software
  • Ensure employees expenses adhere to company policies and requirements
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies and potential misuse
  • Work with employees directly to correct errors and obtain missing documents
  • Monitor credit card usage and spending limits
  • Assist in month-end reconciliation
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate records
  • Educate employees on company expense policies
  • Provide support and training to assist employees

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing financial records
  • Ability to communicate policies clearly to employees
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and expense management software.
