Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their growing team. This role requires an experienced and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of business operations, strategic initiatives, and professional commitments while also facilitating the CEO’s Islamic educational engagements.
Executive Support & Diary Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, managing schedules, and prioritising commitments. Oversee diary management, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.
Business & Operations Support: Assist in tracking and managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Support planning and execution of corporate events, business meetings, and workshops. Maintain effective document management systems.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Liaise with business leaders, NHS contacts, and key stakeholders to streamline communication. Represent the CEO in meetings when required and ensure timely follow-ups.
Islamic Educational & Scholar Engagement Support: Assist in managing the CEO’s Islamic teaching schedule, coordinate interactions with scholars and educational institutions, and support event logistics for Islamic educational engagements.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff supporting senior leadership.
Strong business acumen with experience managing corporate operations, stakeholder engagement, and executive administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.
Experience working with Islamic charities or a strong understanding of Islamic knowledge.
A proactive, structured, and solutions-driven mindset.
Competitive salary: R25,000 - R35,000 per month.
