Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Enablement and Documentation Specialist to join our Account Management team at RxBenefits. This role will focus on updating and maintaining job aids, as well as ensuring that all processes are well-documented and easily accessible. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Confluence, job aid creation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to streamline documentation processes. This is a critical role to ensure our documentation is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date, supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our Account Management team and our clients.


Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Content Management & Governance:
    • Regularly update and maintain job aids to ensure they reflect the most current information and best practices.
    • Organize content in a user-friendly manner, employing clear navigation and structured formatting.
  • Documentation and Job Aids:
    • Develop comprehensive job aids, guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support account management and other teams.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and document process information accurately.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Work with various teams to identify documentation needs and ensure that process documentation is created and maintained by the appropriate team.
    • Facilitate communication between teams to resolve discrepancies and update processes as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Review and revise documentation for clarity, consistency, and completeness.
    • Implement feedback from users to continuously improve documentation quality and usability.
  • Training and Support:
    • Assist in training team members on how to use Confluence and access documentation effectively.
    • Provide ongoing support for Confluence-related inquiries and issues.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Management, Communication).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in documentation management, content creation, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Confluence or similar knowledge/content management tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within a larger organization, health care, or in the account management sector.
  • Knowledge of Allego, MS Office Suite, or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with process documentation methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management and workflow tools
  • Experience managing process improvement projects
  • Certification in technical writing or documentation management (e.g., Certified Professional Technical Communicator).

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $56,800 - $68,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
