The Director of Product Management is an experienced and thoughtful product executive responsible for overseeing and implementing Unqork's product vision, strategy, and operations across our product portfolio, in deep partnership with crossfunctional peers in Design, Tech, Sales/GTM, Technical Advisory, and Executive Leadership. You will lead the Product Management function, developing and implementing best practices for Product Roadmap Prioritization & Development and defining how this function should work at Unqork. 

The Impact U will make:

  • Report to our VP of Product & Design 
  • Help drive the overall company strategy by identifying new revenue opportunities, capabilities, and products that open new markets and expand our customer base
  • Develop a deep and sustained partnership with Engineering and Finance to define our R&D investments and lead the processes for scoping, planning, and measuring the impact of the investments
  • Work with the team to develop a product roadmap that contributes to our vision, strategy, and goals
  • Help move Product (and Unqork) to an outcomes-based Product Organization
  • Work with our GTM and Marketing teams to align the product releases with a robust GTM, enablement, and marketing motion
  • Continue to build and develop a motivated and effective product management team, and data-driven PDLC process
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer problems, through quantitative and qualitative analysis; and a means to utilize that research/insights to inform a strategic roadmap
  • Communicate the Product strategy effectively across the organization to motivate the team and inspire collaboration

What U bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years working of product development, working in a highly regulated industry is a plus
  • 5+ years experience in a leadership role with a successful track record of growing revenue with tight collaboration with sales/GTM
  • Experience leading product management teams that effectively collaborate and partner with design & tech teams 
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product development and optimizing product offerings to sell to different market segments; Experience in building groundswell adoption a plus
  • Experience with segmenting the user base with sales and usage data to guarantee an effective product offering to multiple market segments
  • A never-ending desire to make products better, and a capacity to impart this to other leaders within our organization

💲 Hiring Ranges:

  • Tier 1: $210,000 - $280,000 base salary
  • Tier 2: $190,000 - $250,000 base salary

Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges. In addition to a base salary, employees may also be eligible to receive a target incentive and company equity in the form of stock options.

An employee’s compensation within the range provided above depends on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, their location, role, skillset, level of experience, and similar peer salaries.

As a remote-first company, Unqork incorporates a geographic differential into our compensation structure, depending on the candidate’s location. We utilize a tiered system—Tier 1 and Tier 2—to accurately reflect local market rates and ensure our compensation packages are both fair and competitive.

Our geographic tiers are defined as follows:

  • Tier 1: New York Metro, Seattle Metro, San Francisco Bay Area 
  • Tier 2: All other US and US territory locations
