Director of Sales – West Region:
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the regional sales team and developing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives. This role involves setting sales targets, creating sales strategies, and overseeing the execution of these plans to maximize market share and profitability. The Director of Sales will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners, analyzing market trends, and supporting the sales team in the accomplishment of goals and objectives.
This remote position will serve our Western Region to include Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah.

• Bachelor’s Degree - Sales and Marketing or related degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years National Sales experience, preferably in the Rigging, Construction or Industrial Services or related industries.
• Minimum of five (5) years Account and Relationship Management.
• Demonstrated excellence in sales, account management, relationship management and calling on regional accounts.
• Highly self-directed and self-motivated; able to use own time efficiently and encourage this with others.
• Strong goal-setting skills; is detail-oriented and sees the bigger picture.
• Intermediate to advanced use of Windows-based computer systems, sales management software knowledge, & comfortability to learn organizational applications.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate vision, goals, and expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Acuity in developing and fostering relationships with the customer base and excellent follow[1]up/reporting skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must be able to travel regionally, both on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
• Preferred work location near an MEI Regional Office, or large Metroplex location with Major Tier 1 Airport hub.
