Core Responsibilities

Team & Client Leadership (40%)

  • Manage and mentor a team of link prospectors and outreach managers
  • Lead strategic planning for 4-5 enterprise B2B SaaS client accounts
  • Drive campaign strategy and execution across multiple client portfolios
  • Set and monitor team KPIs and quality standards
  • Ensure consistent delivery and communication across all accounts

Content Promotion Excellence (30%)

  • Perform data-driven backlink analysis to determine link gaps and opportunities
  • Create and execute customized outreach campaigns for each client
  • Develop and optimize outreach templates and processes
  • Build genuine relationships through personalized communication
  • Guide technical implementation of advanced link building strategies

Client Success (30%)

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 3-5 enterprise B2B SaaS clients
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews
  • Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for growth

  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and content optimization
  • Experience with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and outreach management systems
  • Deep knowledge of search intent and content promotion strategies
  • Excellence in communication and relationship building
  • Track record of driving measurable traffic and revenue growth through organic search
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple enterprise client relationships effectively
