Our award-winning AI care companion, ElliQ, was designed specifically for older adults to keep them engaged, informed, and connected while reducing loneliness and social isolation.
As we rapidly expand our direct-to-consumer offerings in the US, we’re seeking a DTC Growth Marketing Lead to join as the first member of our consumer marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll be responsible for user acquisition, growth, creative, and content for ElliQ’s direct-to-consumer channel. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and executional excellence to drive awareness, acquisition, and user retention.
You will own and optimize paid acquisition channels, develop targeted nurture campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine user journeys. Key Responsibilities
- Full stack execution across domains to deliver our revenue targets our D2C motion.
- Develop and execute ElliQ’s multi-channel growth strategy, driving awareness, lead generation, and user acquisition.
- Actively discover and leverage the best channels across different application ecosystems, including paid media, email, influencers, social, communities, and more. Continuously test, learn, and optimize these strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Oversee media buying and budget allocation, continuously refining advertising efforts to improve conversion rates.
- Create and optimize content and messaging for paid ads, website, landing pages, newsletters, social media, email, and affiliate channels.
- Implement automated lifecycle marketing campaigns, tailoring outreach based on user behavior and engagement.
- Analyze Shopify, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and paid ad platform data to uncover insights and refine marketing strategies.
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize conversion rates and maximize retention.
- Build and manage marketing analytics and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, corporate marketing, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives and enhance user experience.
- Lead cross-functional projects that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new channels and applying best practices to improve performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth, or user acquisition. Experience with consumer electronics or subscription models is a plus.
- Creative and growth mindset - able to generate bold ideas and execute them efficiently.
- Experience working with media-buying and campaign agencies.
- Experience managing effective ad buys and optimizing ROI and performance.
- A passion for helping people, especially older adults, combined with a customer-first mentality.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills for email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and paid ads.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Shopify, Looker, Google Analytics).
- Experience creating and optimizing multi-channel marketing assets (graphics, video, animations). Proficiency in Figma and Canva is preferred.
- A data-driven mindset with expertise in A/B testing, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage complex projects effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, always eager to learn and improve.
- This role is fully remote, so you can be based anywhere in the United States.
