With currently over 400 units in Cyprus, Moving Doors is now embarking on its next exciting adventure as we are expanding to Greece, with further global expansion opportunities on the horizon.

 

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated part time Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our guests on a case-by-case basis during the afternoon shift. This role is fully remote and requires availability for on-call assignments with corresponding pay per engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Escalate complex issues to the Customer Support Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Ensure timely and effective issue resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in handling guest interactions.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English (both oral and written) and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Sufficient use of Google Sheets.
  • A strong customer-focused approach with knowledge of hospitality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field would be considered as a plus
  • Additional languages other than Greek and English are an advantage.
