We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and support. The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for setting customer service goals, developing customer service strategies, coaching and motivating the customer service team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Set customer service goals and objectives for the team.
  • Coach and motivate customer service representatives to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to track progress towards targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support customer service efforts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and manage the customer service team's budget and resources.
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and methodologies.
