Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a strategic, organized, and proactive Chief of Staff to support the leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a knack for driving projects to completion, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives and optimizing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Assist leadership in strategic planning, decision-making, and day-to-day operations.
• Project Management: Drive key projects to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Communication and Coordination: Serve as a communication bridge between executive team members, investors, and strategic partners.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support high-level initiatives in M&A, capital markets, and investment strategies.

Compensation Package:

• Base Pay: $15.75/hour.
• Performance Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses based on successful project execution and strategic contributions.

Qualifications:
