Job Description

1、维护已合作的B2B自营及分销平台,确保持续性京东、得力、晨光、齐心等平台合作,并通过升级品类、扩展品类、扩展业态等方式不断扩大份额;

2、保持跟进服务商持续跟全国上千个服务经销商,组织相应资源突破客户关系、提供有竞争力的整体解决方案,过程可见;

3、维护已合作的南方能源、电力服务商,确保持续性京东、得力、晨光、齐心等平台合作,并通过升级品类、扩展品类、扩展业态等方式不断扩大份额;

4、保持跟进服务商持续跟能源、电力终端采购和领导关系,组织相应资源突破客户关系、提供有竞争力的整体解决方案,过程可见;

5、合理选择合作模式,确保回款和利润,直营+服务商模式,同时增加直营模式份额,扩大飞利浦在终端的影响力。
