Role Overview

We are looking for an Automation & AI Workflow Specialist with deep expertise in n8n to identify, design, and implement automation solutions across various business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving mindset, be able to work autonomously, and identify opportunities for process automation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and automate business processes using n8n and AI-based tools.
Design and implement custom workflows for internal teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Operations and Product Development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze pain points and propose automation solutions.
Develop and maintain integration workflows with external APIs, CRM systems, and databases.
Ensure smooth execution and troubleshooting of automated processes.
Stay up to date with AI advancements and low-code automation trends.

Telegram Bot for Sales: Automating customer visit reports from voice messages to structured CRM entries.
Automated Leasing Check: Web scraping automation to verify active leasing contracts based on vehicle registration.

What We’re Looking For

Deep expertise in n8n and workflow automation tools.
Experience in API integrations (OAuth, REST, Webhooks, JSON, XML, etc.).
Ability to analyze business processes and independently propose automation solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and machine learning is a plus.
Fluent English (German is a plus but not mandatory).
