Position Title: Appointment Setter & Admin Support
Work Set-up: WFH
Schedule: 10pm -7am // US Holidays
Salary Range: 35K – 45k
We are looking for a highly organized and driven Virtual Assistant to support our personal branding coaching program with appointment setting, follow-ups, and various administrative tasks. If you are skilled at managing inbound messages, engaging with leads, and nurturing potential clients through the sales process, we want to hear from you!
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN APPOINTMENT SETTER/ ADMIN SUPPORT
Responsibilities as an Appointment Setter and Admin Support:
• DM Management & Appointment Setting – Engage with leads, book calls, and follow up with prospects.
• Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing – Ensure leads receive consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions
• Administrative Support – Handle tasks such as data entry, research, and workflow management.
• CRM & Tech Support – Manage client information, set up automations, and assist with system integrations.
Qualifications as an Appointment setter and Admin Support:
• Bachelor’s degree in any 4 year course/ College level education
• Proven professional experience as an appointment setter /administrative support or equivalent role.
• Go High Level CRM Experience – doing CRM management, automation, and workflows.
• Meta Business Suite Experience – Managing messages, tracking engagement, and optimizing DM strategies.
• Skool Community– Assisting with community engagement and member support.
• ClickFunnels – Managing funnels, creating opt-ins, and making basic edits.
• Google Docs & Sheets – Organizing data, managing content, and tracking client progress.
• Email Marketing – Writing, scheduling, and automating email sequences.
• Social Media Management – Scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking analytics.
• Content Organization – Managing files, transcripts, or repurposing content for marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Open to training and feedback to refine your skills.
