Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to support the day-to-day operations of residential, commercial or industrial properties.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to insurance and financial services and scheduling appointments with advisors
Make 300+ outbound calls daily, aiming to schedule 8 appointments per day
Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and text to ensure client engagement and appointment confirmations
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
Conduct market research and assist with data entry to support business operations
Occasionally assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and conducting online research
Requirements
College educated
Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
Proven experience in appointment setting or telemarketing, ideally in a high-volume call environment
Research experience for supporting administrative tasks
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for new software
Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
Hardware Requirements
At least a 720p HD Webcam.
A noise-canceling headset.
At least a 25mbps primary internet connection.
A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies.
Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM
