JOB SUMMARYThe Agile Project Manager is responsible for successful product delivery and the planning, leading, organizing, and motivating of Agile project teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Help the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, hold teams accountable for their work, remove obstacles, and mentor less experienced team members.
- Define the project’s schedule and scope while balancing timely and regular value deliveries as well as organize and lead working and project status meetings.
- Deliver Agile projects that offer outstanding business value to the users.
- Support the Product Owner in managing communications with stakeholders, manage customer’s expectations for deliverables, and implement an effective project governance system.
- Promote team empowerment through team-building techniques, ensuring each team member is making a meaningful contribution and is fully engaged in the project.
WHAT WE REQUIRE- Experience managing all phases of the software development life cycle (SLDC) for all products and solutions.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent.
- Experience establishing workflow efficiencies, by analyzing and identifying ineffective processes within the development department, reaching across companywide departments.
- Successful management of at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA personnel.
- Development of work plans with milestone breakdowns for each phase of the overall project schedule.
- Control of change management processes through ‘Agile Kanban’ board.
- Balanced business/technical background.
- Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
- Experience tracking project statuses and ensuring resolution of issues through ‘Atlassian JIRA’.
- Ability to provide leadership to business analysts, collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
REQUIRED EDUCATION- Agile Certification required
- PMP Certification preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- Compensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between $80,400 - $123,600 with the potential for an annual bonus. For qualified applicants, the starting base salary is typically near the midpoint of this range. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, or location.
