Our tasks focus on complex digital business development and growth projects:

Conception of future-proof eCommerce strategies
Design of implementable digital commerce roadmap
Prototyping of digital commerce portfolio
Conception and implementation of go-to-market strategies and design of digital commerce & marketing organizations
Data-driven and user-centred development of future business models, (digital) products and services as well as digital marketing strategies
Identification and optimization of user experience drivers along the customer lifecycle
Portfolio, project and program management using traditional and agile methods
