We are seeking a hands-on person who will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the Talent management manager, aiding in diversified tasks such as conducting surveys, learning & development, training, Performance reviews and much more.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support, including data handling,, organizing onboarding & training initiatives.

  • Assist International Talent & Culture Director in a variety of tasks. This role will offer you the prospect of growing and managing your projects, as well as gaining vast experience in organizing surveys and staff training programs.

  • Support effective internal communication across the organization to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

  • Be actively involved in fostering a dynamic and inclusive company culture. Take part in organizing events, promoting team bonding, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being.
