The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Associate where you will play a critical role in candidate and employee experience on the People and Ops Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Assist in screening candidates and conducting preliminary interviews
Perform reference checks, manage background checks, and coordinate offer processes
Sync with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Human Resources:
Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining high engagement
Support Australian compliance requirements
Assist in drafting HR policies
Manage internal communications through various systems
Produce reports and insights on employee data using our HRIS system
Cultural Initiatives:
Take a leading role in driving a positive culture and “vibe” across a global remote team
Organize and run virtual social events to foster team spirit
Develop engaging content for employee engagement and creative activities
Create and distribute a monthly newsletter to keep employees informed and engaged
Support collecting and analysing employee survey data and developing action plans
Operations:
Assist in evaluating and implementing new systems and platforms
Create and update general onboarding and training materials for new employees
Draft employment communications and create content for the employee wiki
Provide general support across people operations as needed
