About the Role

We are a newly established global team of 5 people within Sales Support, mostly remote across the UK, Nordics, and NAM. We strive to be an invaluable revenue operations partner to the wider organization. You will report to the Contract & Revenue Governance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and manage sales orders, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
  • Support in maintaining and updating customer records in Salesforce.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate activities between the sales team and internal supporting functions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Process and correct sales orders.
  • Manage and update Salesforce Subscription data.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects that support efficiency and revenue optimization.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales support or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
