We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in shaping how we engage and enroll patients in clinical trials!

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams to craft targeted recruitment strategies that enhance study success. You will also contribute to proposal development, budget planning, and bid defense presentations, ensuring that every strategy is both effective and feasible.

What you will do
  • Conduct in-depth research on patient prevalence, behaviors, and motivations to shape recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze internal and external data to inform patient recruitment projections and market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, patient-centric recruitment strategies that remove participation barriers.
  • Support the proposal development process by translating strategies into clear, persuasive proposals and budgets.
  • Partner with Sales on client bid defenses, demonstrating our understanding of patient populations and recruitment feasibility.

Who are we looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in patient recruitment strategy for clinical trials.
  • Strong expertise in feasibility analysis, patient engagement, and recruitment projections.
  • Proficiency in Excel for patient projection funnels and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to improve knowledge and strategy through social listening, AI tools, online and disease communities to improve our understanding of patient profile and patient pathways.
  • Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of FDA, EMEA, and HIPAA regulations (a plus!).
