POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Marketing or Product Marketing will play a key role in driving the success of EO’s products and services by developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our members. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate product features into member benefits, ensuring EO’s offerings are positioned effectively in the market.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that communicates the value of EO’s products and services to current and prospective members. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and member communications.
  • Support the Senior Director of Product Marketing in developing and executing GTM strategies for new product launches and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and adoption.
  • Conduct member surveys, focus groups, and market research to gather insights that inform product development and marketing strategies. Use data to identify member needs and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote EO’s products and services. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve key metrics, such as member acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Create and manage a variety of marketing content, including product brochures, case studies, webinars, videos, and more. Ensure that all content aligns with EO’s brand and effectively communicates product value.
  • Work closely with the Creative Studio, Communications, Regional Marketing, and Member Experience teams to develop integrated marketing plans that align with EO’s goals and resonate with our global membership.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve member engagement and satisfaction with EO’s offerings.
  • Develop strategies and tools to drive product adoption and usage among members. This may include training materials, member testimonials, and targeted communication efforts.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, product positioning, and value proposition development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with the franchise or membership-based organization sector is a plus.
  • International experience and multilingual skills preferred.
