Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Information Technology team, the IT Operations Specialist will provide professional technology support to all employees of the Laborie organization while collaborating with key stake holders on innovative technology-based projects.
About the Role:
Conduct service desk operations according to a regular schedule and provide recommendations and subject matter expertise as needed.
Resolve 1st and 2nd level incidents as quickly as possible (Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, mobile devices, printers, conference equipment, others as they are added to Laborie’s technology ecosystem).
Log and categorize fulfillment requests according to SOP (ManageEngine ticketing system).
Escalate requests and incidents as needed and coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, IT supervisors and specialized IT teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years IT education or work experience.
Competency in a wide range of desktop technologies including, but not limited to: MS Windows, Apple OS, Active Directory, User and Group Management, and the MS Office Suite.
Thorough understanding of data and network cybersecurity best practices.
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and/or InTune to create and deploy packages and manage endpoint service compliance.
