Location:  Gainesville, VA - Remote - US/USA

Summary:

As the Senior Project Manager, you will take on the management and oversite of all operational and financial aspects of assigned projects. Provide support and mentoring to peers within the operations department.

What You'll Do:

• Project Management:
  • Ensure successful completion of assigned projects, following contractual obligations and deliver on project that was quoted and contracted.
  • Work cross departments to communicate equipment orders, schedules technicians and provide technical trouble shooting resolutions.
  • Maintain sound fiscal financial management of project to ensure maximum financial performance.
  • Deliver project responsibilities while managing in scope out scope issues.
  • Change order opportunities and ensure those opportunities are taken.
  • Deliver effective customer communication and maintain timely reporting of project status in D365.
  • Participate in regular conference calls with customers to provide status updates.
  • Establish timeline based on customer driven dates and roles and resp within team members, and to key stakeholders.
  • Solicit from our partner group within the regions assigned.
  • Obtain customer sign off and ensure requirements are met, by doing quality control check.
  • Track the additional equipment left on job not needed before project closure.
  • Data entry – adding project updates in D365.
• Internal Data & Financial Management:
  • Maintain accurate data in D365 for the purposes of financial outlook and financial budgetary decisions.
  • Perform functions within D365 solely for purposes of financial forecasting and departmental performance
• Senior Leadership & Development Support:
  • Work on as assigned stretch assignments.
  • Process development opportunities, alternate reporting methods to help deploy.
  • Maintain weekly team meetings and effectively manage project and team.

What You'll Need:

• High School or Equivalent Education.
• 2-Years:  Similar Industry Experience:
  • Working knowledge of Burg Fire Video access.
• Operational System Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• PMP Certification - Preferred.
• NICET Certification - Preferred
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of Blueprints:
  
  • Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints.
