Job description

We are seeking a Lead Management Process & Enablement Lead to join Thoughtworks Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations - Digital Foundations team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales enablement, focused on developing and delivering comprehensive lead management training and processes for our global sales teams. The position is instrumental in empowering our sales organization through structured training programs, clear process documentation, and ongoing support of digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with our Sales Transformation team, you will ensure smooth lead progression across the top of the marketing and sales funnel by establishing clear responsibilities, handoff points, and best practices for different sales roles (SDRs, BDMs, etc.). The objective of the role is to improve mid-funnel conversion rates, and ensure a smooth handover from marketing to sales, all the way to detecting early-stage opportunities. 

Job responsibilities
  • Lead Management Training & Enablement for sellers -Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on lead management processes for sales teams (SDRs, BDMs, CPs).
  • Create and maintain clear documentation explaining lead management workflows, responsibilities, and handoff points & partner with Sales Transformation team to ensure training aligns with broader sales processes & develop role-specific guides and resources for different sales functions.
  • Lead enablement for strategic digital transformation initiatives to transition from a lead based to an account based model.
  • Process Excellence, Governance  & Support - Provide day-to-day guidance to sales teams on lead management processes & create and maintain best practice guidelines for lead handling.
  • Work with field marketing teams to help them support their sales counterparts & Monitor process adoption and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Set up support mechanisms for sales teams to get help when needed & establish regular check-ins with sales teams to understand their challenges and needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for lead management processes and best practices & reate feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement based on sales team input & be the go-to person for sales teams on lead management questions and concerns.
  • Project management and change management - Manage or support digital transformation projects related to sales processes & drive change management and training aspects of new implementations.
  • Collaborate with project owners to ensure smooth rollout of new processes & plan and execute the training components of larger initiatives.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
  • 9+ years of marketing/sales operations experience in B2B.
  • Must have prior experience in sales training programs.
  • Prior experience working with Sales technologies such as Salesforce CRM, Demandbase, Outreach, etc.  
Professional Skills
  • Good at problem solving and context switching.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Able to create formal networks with key decision makers.
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and project management skills.
