About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter, where you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about identifying exceptional candidates to help drive our company forward. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a great communicator, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, job portals, and employee referrals.
  • Screening candidates’ resumes and applications to assess their suitability for positions.
  • Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintaining a talent pipeline by engaging passive candidates and building relationships for future opportunities.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to candidates to create a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Updating and maintaining the recruitment database and tracking metrics to analyse the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a full-cycle Recruiter, preferably within an in-house recruitment team.
  • Excellent ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of recruitment software and database systems, particularly ATS.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in using social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to find qualified candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • French-speaking
