Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to a diverse client base.
• Guide patients through their treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Provide educational support and coping strategies to clients and families.
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment progress and patient status.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation.
