Join our Brands & Loyalty team as a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) and take ownership of shaping and driving the product strategy for our on-page journey and loyalty tech. You’ll work on both creative and technical aspects, leading the full product lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs. In a dynamic, agile, remote-first environment, you'll drive product discovery, experiment quickly, and make data-driven decisions. Your role
  • Definition and execution of the product strategy for key parts of our on-page journey and loyalty technology, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

  • Ownership of the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, with close collaboration across design, engineering, physical product, category management, marketing, and customer support.

  • Leadership of product discovery by identifying user pain points, analyzing market trends, and validating opportunities through rapid experimentation and continuous learning.

  • Setting and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, leveraging data to inform decision-making, and fostering a data-driven culture across teams.
